近年工業先進國家投入大量資源,協助各產業進入智慧製造時代,打造出新型態的智慧工廠,已成為產業升級的趨勢。如何使產業運用機器人(Robot)與人工智慧(AI),升級智慧製造,一直是洋鑫先進製造研究開發的方向,我們透過2C2P(CAD、CAM、Program、Production)的研發方式,統整製造技術,發展智慧製造系統,根據產業需求提出智慧製造解決方案,解決產業面臨高複雜性、高精度、高耗工的困擾。 目前已在醫療、船舶遊艇、加工製造、建築空間設計、複合材車體等產業,利用參數式設計為主的人工智慧技術,打造出新型態的製造方案,透過軟體程序優化相關技術及應用,包括在製造產業上的材料計算、加速組裝流程及適時做出產線調整,運用Robot執行大型複雜造型、完成高危險性、高重複性等工作,減少耗費大量基礎成本。洋鑫先進製造透過導入機電整合、參數化設計、軟硬體開發等協助產業,使生產技術再升級、產品價值最大化及跨領域運用為目的,讓自動化與機器人(Robot)的技術更為精準,協助各產業升級轉型,進入全新的智造時代。

 

 

 

 

In recent years, advanced industrial countries have invested significant resources in assisting various industries to enter the era of intelligent manufacturing. Creating a new type of intelligent plant has become a trend in industrial upgrading. How to make the industry use robots and Artificial Intelligence to upgrade to intelligent manufacturing has always been the research and development direction of YANG XIN Advanced Manufacture. Through the 2C2P (CAD, CAM, Program, Production) methodology in research and development, we can integrate manufacturing technology, develop intelligent manufacturing systems, propose intelligent manufacturing solutions based on industrial needs, and solve the problems of high complexity, high precision and high labor hours the industry is facing. In industries, such as the medical, marine and yacht, processing and manufacturing, architectural design and composite vehicle body, we have used the artificial intelligence technology based on a parametric design to create new types of manufacturing solutions through software programs to optimize related technologies and applications including material calculations, speeding up the assembly process and making timely adjustments in the production line for the manufacturing industry. Robots are used to perform large and complex shaping works, or high-risk, high repeatability works, etc., to reduce a lot of basic costs. YANG XIN Advanced Manufacture introduced mechanical and electrical integration, parametric design and hardware and software development to assist industries in upgrading their production technology and maximizing product values and cross-domain applications. We make automation and robot technology more accurate and assist industries to upgrade and transform for a new era of intelligent manufacturing.
